The hard part is not the model. It is proving the decision was right.

Monika Mishra has spent close to two decades building and running large-scale cloud infrastructure in organizations where both downtime and overspend have immediate consequences.

She spent five years as a Director of Engineering at Capital One, setting technical strategy across multi-million dollar cloud budgets for enterprise-scale platforms, and leading the digital transformation work that followed from it.

Before that she was a Principal Software Engineer at Meta, where she was the primary technical authority for the architecture, scalability and long-term roadmap of mission-critical platforms. She began at Rackspace Technology, where she spent six years through its expansion into open-source cloud infrastructure, first building backend services and automation and then leading the redesign of monolithic services into decoupled microservices.

Monika started SkyAide because the pattern she kept meeting in regulated industries applies directly to aviation. The data is already there and so are the systems. What is missing is a way to decide well across all of them, and to prove afterwards that the decision was the right one. That is an engineering and governance problem before it is an AI problem.

Aditya Gourav has spent over two decades moving complex technical change through organizations where the rules are not optional: management consulting, regulated finance, and large-scale software.

He spent five years at McKinsey & Company as an implementation consultant in Chicago, turning architectural roadmaps into deployment sprints and keeping multi-phase digital transformations on schedule. That work was less about drawing the target state than making sure it actually arrived.

Before that he spent eight years at Goldman Sachs, first as a Vice President in London and then as a Director in portfolio management in Chicago. The London role is closer to SkyAide than it sounds. It meant reviewing client contracts and then coding, testing and verifying the investment restrictions that governed GSAM mandates. Encoding a written constraint so that a system cannot breach it is the same problem the Trust Governor solves, with passenger records in place of portfolios.

Earlier he was a program manager at Microsoft and began his career as a consultant at Bain & Company.

At SkyAide he owns the architecture: the shared decision loop, the typed action catalog, and the governor that has to approve anything material before it runs. His reason for building it that way is straightforward. No airline will let software touch a passenger record unless someone can show afterwards exactly why it did.
